Idus HPP Systems SLU is a Spanish firm with over two decades of experience in high-pressure food machinery. They've installed over 550 waterjet cutting systems globally and have developed High Pressure Processing machines. They've successfully pushed their technology to 6000 bar after eight years of development. In 2017, they tested their first 50-liter vessel and by 2021, they've commissioned a 10-liter, a 50-liter, and a 300-liter machine, with two more 300-liter and 25-liter units under construction.
