Heinen Freezing, originally an iron foundry established in 1856 by Anton Heinen, transitioned into the manufacturing of spiral freezers in 1982. By 1984, they were designing and producing these machines in Varel. Since 2010, operating as Heinen Freezing GmbH & Co. KG, the company has become a market leader in spiral systems. Their offerings now include proofing, cooling, freezing, and pasteurization services.
