Italgi, established in 1985 in Santa Margherita Ligure, Genoa, was created by a group of designers with a love for traditional Italian cuisine. The company initially produced two types of pasta machines and sold them locally. In 1992, Italgi expanded internationally, establishing offices and a distribution network worldwide. The company's growth has been consistent, driven by the dedication of its staff. In 1996, Italgi moved its production to Carasco's industrial area, and in 2010, it relocated to a new, continually expanding factory.
