Founded by Gustave Doyon in 1950, Doyon Equipment Inc. initially operated as a bakery equipment sales and repair company. In the 1970s, they started manufacturing their own products and expanded to exports in the 1980s. The company broadened its product range to cater to a wider customer base. They offer a variety of ovens, from the compact Jet Air JAOP3, capable of producing 45 baguette pans in 45 minutes, to the larger JA28, which can produce 420 per hour.
